Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship all across the United States. Every item is made with love and packed with care. Shipping timelines and tracking info will be shared via email once your order is processed.

Can I return or exchange items from my order?

All food items, handmade goods, and yarn are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at brandis@dorothysparadise.com, and we’ll make it right.

Can I request a custom crochet or sewn item?

Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty. You can submit a request directly through our website or contact us via email at brandis@dorothysparadise.com. We love bringing your ideas to life.

Where are your products made?

Every item is handmade in-house in Atlanta, GA with close attention to quality, detail, and intention. Our offerings reflect care, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

What makes Dorothy’s Paradise unique?

We honor family, healing, and creativity. Our products are named after loved ones and designed to bring peace, warmth, and inspiration into your space. Every stitch, scent, and sip tells a story.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Not yet. We are currently online-only, but we have big dreams of opening a cozy storefront in Atlanta in the near future. Stay tuned.

Do you host events or workshops?

Events are coming soon. Follow us on social media and join our newsletter for updates on community craft nights, poetry open mics, and other cozy gatherings.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we plan to expand international shipping in the future. Let us know if you'd like us to notify you when we do.

Do you collaborate with other small businesses or artists?

We plan to. Supporting independent creators is important to us. We’re working toward licensing patterns from crochet and knitting designers and partnering with artisan brands to feature in future boxes.

What is the Cozy Corner Box?

The Cozy Corner Box is a seasonal subscription box filled with curated items that bring warmth, creativity, and comfort into your space—like yarn, crafting tools, a book or journal, and cozy lifestyle goodies such as tea or candles.

The Cozy Corner Box has not yet launched.
Pre-sale begins June 2025, with shipping scheduled to follow shortly after. Quantities will be limited and made to order.

Are the Cozy Corner Boxes available for preorder?

Not yet—but they will be soon! Our Cozy Corner Boxes are set to launch for pre-sale in June 2025. Once pre-orders open, details about what’s included and expected ship dates will be listed on each product page.

What’s inside each subscription box? Will it change every season?

Yes. Each Cozy Corner Box will follow a seasonal theme. Every edition includes a thoughtful mix of yarn, a book or journal, a creative tool, and small-batch comfort items. Themes and colors will rotate with each launch to keep things fresh and intentional.

Can I buy just one box without subscribing?

Yes. When the boxes officially launch, you’ll be able to purchase a single box or sign up for seasonal deliveries. No subscription required.

Do you offer gift options for Cozy Corner Boxes?

Yes. Once available, you’ll be able to mark your Cozy Corner Box order as a gift at checkout and include a personalized message. We’re also planning to introduce digital gift cards soon.
